  1. About us: OpenTheatre is the first and only online platform where you can legally watch various stage productions, performances, concerts videos, as well as other video content about theatre and art. We show videos in Full HD format (1920 × 1080) with stereo sound.

    The platform provides both free and paid access to the content. When users are charged for viewing, 90 % of the box office goes to the theatre (musical group/director/event organizer).

  2. Terms of providing a paid access: OpenTheatre works on the principle of theatre: one performance (concert / performance) = one ticket. A viewer can buy tickets of two types: 1) access to the online stream of the play (concert / performance) in real time; 2) access to the video of the performance (concert / performance). From the moment of payment, the online stream is available for 12 hours, the video is available for 3 days. Access to the video content is provided through the global Internet and various electronic devices that have access to the Internet. All issues related to the acquisition of Internet access, the purchase and configuration of appropriate hardware and software products are decided by users themselves.

  3. Payment methods: Visa/MasterCard cards of any bank of any country of the world, Privat24 internet banking, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  4. Access procedure: after you have paid, you will receive an access link. The link is sent to the email box specified during the payment. Please enter your email address correctly and check your spam folder.

  5. Disclaimer: Access to the content is provided solely for personal non-commercial use, without the right to save (including copying / downloading / saving) such objects in the memory of users’ electronic devices.

The users choose content at their discretion. Some content may contain erotic scenes, scenes of violence, profanity, and may seem offensive or inappropriate to some users. Such content is not recommended for mentally ill people, pregnant women and children. To make an informed decision when choosing content, it is recommended to pay attention to the genre and read the annotation of the content presented on the site.

Refund procedure

If the user paid for the services, but have not received them through the fault of the administration of the OpenTheatre, the user gets a refund within 7 calendar days starting from the date of payment.

In case the user does not use access to the provided content for any other than the fault of the OpenTheatre administration reason, the relevant service is considered to be provided properly and the payment is not refunded.
